Former MLB outfielder Wily Mo Peña leads the Dragons program with a philosophy built on power, discipline, and mental toughness at the plate. He coaches every private hitting lesson personally and oversees development across every team.
Wily Mo is joined by a staff of coaches who have played and coached at the college, professional, and international levels — bringing an unmatched depth of experience to Tampa Bay youth baseball.
